Shield

Shields serve three purposes in Dalaya:

1. They improve your armor class ("AC").
2. They also give you an innate block skill equal to two times their value in armor class. The Alternate Advancement "Shielding Mastery" affects this.
3. They allow use of the Bash skill, which can be used to open chests found during Treasure Hunting and in certain zones.
