This bar is given to Sithika of the Blades, the Warrior Class Leader. She wants you to collect 4 Froglok Sentry Belts and bring them back to her. Froglok sentries are found on the isles to the west/southwest of the entrance to Halls of Mielech. After you give the belts to Sithika, she will give you a crest which you bring back to Natzrii. Bring the invoice and the crest to the Blackscale Quartermaster and he will give you the reward.
