Find Vrik the Sly (Dreadlands  at 382, 8875, 1068  • Refuge) .

You say, 'Hail, Vrik the Sly'

Vrik the Sly says, 'Good to speak with you <Player Name>. They call me Vrik. I am a master of disguise and head of intelligence amongst the Rebels.'

You say, 'Intelligence? Quite an important job.'

Vrik the Sly says, 'I'm just part of the team <Player Name>. Knowledge is power though, and the more we know, the better off we all are.'

You say, 'Anyway I can help?'

Vrik the Sly says, 'As a matter of fact yes you can. As I said knowledge is power, and you are powerful. Ergo you should have access to quite alot of knowledge. Bring it back to me <Player Name>. Any writing, memo, journal, scrap of paper. If you can read it, bring it to me, and let me analyze it on my own time. You never know where the next clue might come from. I'll of course give you a small monetary reward for your troubles.'

Note: The four journals from The Bloodied Quarry should be used for Complications before being handed into Vrik the Sly.

Give Vrik the Sly any of these:

• Burnt Journal
• Soldiers Journal
• Patrol Journal
• Foremans Journal
• Crinkled Note
• Lost Recipe
• Order List
• Serlinda's Report - Early Findings
• Discarded Medical Record
• Dingy Medical Record
• Grungy Medical Record
• A Quarry Work Report
• Non-Descript Journal Does not count as credit toward quest but does give faction reward

Handing in Burnt Journal

Vrik the Sly says, 'Disturbing... I hate to read these sort of things, but sometimes you just need too. In madness wisdom can be found.'

Handing in Patrol Journal

Vrik the Sly says, 'Obviously he's not getting that cushy job now... I'm sorry. one shouldn't jest about the dead.'

Handing in Patrol Journal

Vrik the Sly says, 'Hm. This will come in handy if we ever decide to mount a raid on the quarry. Keep up the pace.'

Handing in Foremans Journal

Vrik the Sly says, 'A cryptic look into the head of a traitor to his own kind. I look forward to deciphering its meaning.'

Handing in Crinkled Note

Vrik the Sly says, 'I'm sorry to hear this <Player Name>. Looks like your home is not going to be any safer any time soon.'

Handing in Lost Recipe

Vrik the Sly says, 'I see... I'll have to run this by Kolsaz, see if he can't whip up a counter agent. Fourteen drops to kill... that's not something we'd want to discover on the field <Player Name>...

Handing in Order List

Vrik the Sly says, 'They just want the results I suppose. If we can't use some of this for propaganda on our side in the future... well we don't deserve to be free then.'

Handing in Serlinda's Report - Early Findings

Vrik the Sly says, 'Discontent! Always a plus when you are at war with someone. Keep it coming.'

Handing in Discarded Medical Record

Vrik the Sly says, 'Dark Elves don't have a very long life expectancy in there... the things I've seen... lets just drop that for now. We can find a use for this I'm sure.'

Handing in Dingy Medical Record

Vrik the Sly says, 'Brutal. Do their parents know what they go through? Would they try to help them if they did?'

Handing in Grungy Medical Record

Vrik the Sly says, 'This is... extreme to say the least. Perhaps if we could get these to Ikild. I'll have to talk it over with Nazdrack. Keep it up.'

Handing in A Quarry Work Report

Vrik the Sly says, 'Now this is juicy... seem even the higher ups in that mine suffer. This will come in handy. Thanks <Player Name>.'

Handing in Non-Descript Journal

Vrik the Sly says, 'I'm fairly certain Rorlna would kill us both if she saw you giving this to me. But it's filled with good information none the less. I can find out more about the people mentioned within, and see how priority they really were.'
