Endurance

The primary resource used by Disciplines. Endurance cost reduction is now capped at 75% (was 50% on shards. was changed to 25% on Dalaya before launch - which is less than ancient druid regen gives)

Endurance cost reduction now applies to 'upkeep' disciplines.
