Not attackable. Upon hailing, the following message is given: "The mad faerie's accent is indecipherable. You cannot understand her speech."
Leveling Faerie to a skill of 100 and hailing in the language did not impact the message.
Cons indifferent to a Human Ranger. This is notable being that this mob seems to be the only branch-dweller of Shadowdale is not KoS.
