Halflings are naturally adapted to quiet homelife. Never a numerous race, almost all Halflings died with the corruption of their home city during the Fall. They now live amongst the human populace of Newport, where their talents in cooking and song are widely appreciated - and their talents for pranks and petty theft less so. Halflings see in the dark with Infravision. They love food, and will consume it at an increased rate. They are natural teases and thus gain a greater effect from the Taunt skill. Finally, there are tales of halflings being saved from a certain death by what would appear to be a spout of absolute, dumb, luck.
Starting Statistics
Each class receives 20 to 30 starting points to distribute in the various stats.
