Lady Abyrall says, 'If you gather the essence of each element and combine them in a tailoring kit along with your mantle, Lord Hanar can craft from it an Elemental Mantle.'

Gather and combine with Mantle of the Senior in Sewing Kit to create an Unfinished Elemental Mantle.

Give Unfinished Elemental Mantle to Lord Hanar (Erudin Palace  • Wizard's Guild) .
