Gather and give Garlii:

Garlii says, 'Wow, that's a REALLY nice needle you got there. Where did you get that?'

Garlii returned Tal`Yan Ritual Needle to you.

You say, 'I found it in Yaralith, but that's another story. Say, I need a needle like that, but made from a special material. Anything you could do for me?'

Garlii says, 'Hmm, I think a friend of mine could make you such a needle, if you provide that "special material". And have 1000 platinum with you, I will claim that as payment.

Garlii says, 'Great, come back once you have this "special material" you mentioned. Give me that special material and you will have your special needle in no time!'
