Phantom Strike

A special NPC attack, in the same vein as Rampage and Whirlwind. PS or Phantom Striking mobs, hit everyone on their aggro list with their melee attacks, regardless of distance. So when casters nuke the mob, or healers heal the tank, they will all be subject to the mobs melee attacks. If you are on the hate list, there is no way to avoid this attack and as it is a melee hit, resists are useless. Avoid taking any action against the mob, and you won't be hit at all. The Stikes are subject to all the usual mitigation and avoidance skills that any other melee hit must deal with. In most, though not all cases, a Phantom Striking mobs should probably be killed first and quickly.
