Scrap of a Moderate Map

If I look closely I can almost see an uncharted map.

The work of an apprentice tailor should be able to stich together this piece and a scrap of an easy map on an empty parchment, imbued with radiant crystal dust and a special ink.

This ink can brewed by an apprentice brewer using black blood and bizarre residue in a glass vial.
