Vahir Rahkahl says, 'Seek out the great prison in the frozen north. Find four of their midnight gems and forge them into the hilt of your weapon, along with a rare rune of their arcane strength. The Shir blade is adept at harnessing the strengths of the foes it fells, and in this way you can add their power to it. Show me the result and I will show you the next step.

Collect and combine in a Forge to create Insight:

• Rune of Vandathian Might
• Peerless Midnight Pearls x 4
• Redemption

Give Insight to Vahir Rahkahl.
