Slow

From Dalaya Wiki
Jump to navigationJump to search

The opposite of Haste spells, Slow spells reduce the melee attacking speed of the opponent. Slow does nothing to reduce the damage when a hit does occur, nor does it lower the targets chance to hit. Generally speaking the highest percent slow takes precedence over all others. Slows tend to have very high hate, and will get you attacked by the enemy if you cast it too early.

As a note, the way the slow effect is stored in game assumes that everyones default attacks speed is 100. Anything below 100 means your slowed, anything above hasted. Therefore if a spell makes attack speed: 80, it is a 20% slow.

As of the last time this page was updated, Slows always negate the effects of Haste. You will gain no benefit from Haste until the Slow is gone.
