This template adds the "ported from the prior Shards of Dalaya server" disclaimer to the bottom of a page, and lists the page in Category:Pages pending validation.
Usage: place {{Ported}} at the very bottom of an article. A community member who has validated the page's accuracy removes the tag. If the page is instead obsolete, replace it with {{Legacy}} (see Template:Legacy).
This template intentionally references "Shards of Dalaya" and is exempt from the de-branding sweep.
