The Grand Library/Zone Description

The planar zone of Jayla, released March 1st 2009. A zone wholly of friendly NPCs who give quests with strong overtones to the lore and history of Dalaya. You do NOT have to be a follower of Jayla to do the beginning quests. To advance in this zone and gain access to new areas and rewards, you must begin with Junior Loremasters and accomplish their tasks.

Reached by speaking to The Gatekeeper of Lore in the Erudin library.
