This article is about a zone. For the faction with an identical name, see The Rust (Faction).

A people have been locked away in this place, without access to the outside world, for a very, very long time. These people have splintered into three factions: The Rust, the Iron Dead, and the Free Machines. Aiding one of these factions by killing their greatest opposing faction, it matters not which, will gain you their trust enough to gain access to more knowledge about the place. The three faction lords of this zone may be "force spawned" by killing their respective faction members. Each will shout to zone upon arrival.

Walk towards the robotic head at zone-in in order to zone-out to the portal in Sundered Mountains.
