Unbinder

Unbinder is a class of NPCs that you can find in most cities. They offer two services Unbinding and Unchanting.
Unbinding allows you to sell or trade an item by removing the No Drop tag from equipment with the Bind on Equip tag. Unbinding usually costs the same as you would get for selling the item to a vendor.
Unchanting performs in mostly the same way, only it does not cost money and removes class and race restrictions, making the item none/none. Unchanting is for selling to vendors.
