The three factions from this bounty are only from killing the mobs needed to get a presence to spawn, as well as killing both the bounty named Skaj of Flame and Tsei of Fang (one hit once both are dead). You will *only* receive a positive faction hit with Stormhammers turning in the quest.

Find Coordinator Njorl (Thurgadin  at -183.48, 525.44  • Western area of the city) .

Coordinator Njorl says, 'Welcome back, Hunter <Player Name>! At it again, are you?'

You say, 'Show me the Third Rank bounties.'

You say, 'Show me [Scaled Assassins].'

The poster reads: "Friends of the Stormhammers! The family of his greatness King Rymaz Sunbane has been dealt a grave blow: one of his chief advisors was recently killed in a despicable attack by two cowardly Scale Alliance assassins. They elude capture, fleeing the Stormkeep like the pathetic creatures they are. They two were last seen by scouts retreating into the pit that all dragonkind choose to hide in, the so-called Dragonhorn Keep. We have reason to believe that both assassins are recovering in the eastern section, licking their wounds as they cower behind a legion of Scale soldiers. The King himself has authorized their immediate destruction, ensuring that whoever sees these two weakling slain will be reknowned amongst the Stormhammers for generations to come." This is an expert Official bounty.

Find and kill a drake soldier (Dragonhorn Keep  •) or a wyvern soldier (Dragonhorn Keep  •) until a presence ([[]]  •) spawns.

You say, 'Cowards! Kill them!'

Skaj of Flame says, 'Fah!'

Tsei of Fang says, 'They shall not best us, brother!'

Kill Skaj and Tsei event.

Skaj of Flame says, 'Gah! Brother..!'

Tsei of Fang says, 'Ghk! Have you no honor?'
