Rampage

A special NPC attack, related to Whirlwind and Phantom Strike, where another person on the hate list and in melee range, is subject to the same attacks as the Tank. Both targets are subject to the same attacks, but damage is calculated separately based on the usual damage calculations.

Rampage has a random chance to occur every few seconds, just like Flurry, but tends to occur less often. In the case where there is no valid rampage tank other than the main tank, the rampaging monster will strike the main tank with two 'rounds' of attacks. The message ' Rampage mob is tearing into Soandso', will let you know this is happening.

Rampage uses the order the player was added to the NPC’s hate-list to determine who will be struck by the extra attack.
